In this module you will delve into the issue of “DEALING WITH CULTURAL DIVERISTY AT WORK” and how the ability to work with other people from different backgrounds is so important.

The world is evolving rapidly and the coexistence of people with different characteristics, skills and personality traits gives us the opportunity to learn from one another to produce higher quality products and services.

During this course you will learn more about the importance of learning how to deal with diversity in a workplace and how to increase inclusion, also through reflection on your current attitude and on how do you think you will continue the process of developing your cultural competence and awareness.

INSTRUCTORS

Carlotta Subrizi- Project Officer

Carlotta graduated in Foreign Languages and Culture and in International relations in Rome (Italy). 

She works with Replay Network as a Project Officer in Erasmus + KA2 projects, and she is in charge of developing the content of intellectual outputs, as manuals and tools for learning online, addressed to youth workers and young people. The projects she is in charge of focus on tools for the development of the skills needed in the workplace and competences to promote environmental sustainability.
