INSTRUCTORS

Justina Pluktaitė - Trainer

Justina has been delivering training on soft skills, social media tools, coaching and mentoring young people for more than 8 years. From 2009 for several years she was coordinating volunteers’ youth organisation activities in Vilnius Tech (ESN VGTU) in Lithuania. During that time she also was coordinating international internship, study programmes and projects (e.g. LLP, Erasmus Mundus), was supervising interns at International Relations Office at the university, teaching classes, supervising final thesis, delivering trainings for students on career development, preparation to labour market (e.g. CV, motivation letters creation; international youth opportunities in personal and professional development). For the past 14 years, she prepared, managed and implemented various educational projects. She facilitated and delivered training for young people on teamwork, personal development, youth active participation, project management, social media, teaching english. She uses experiential learning process, active reflection tools, video creation techniques, extended reality, creation of social media campaigns. She continued mentoring young people during their internship at Cyprus Healthy Living initiative, DOREA (Cyprus), while working at SPSCH Pardubice (Czech Republic). She takes part in youth projects as trainer, facilitator, manager, youth worker.
