In this module you will delve into the issue of “TEAMWORK” and how the ability to work in a team is one of the most required soft skill nowadays.
The ability to work well in a team is crucial for job perspectives, but it is probably best considered as a set of several interrelated skills, rather than a skill in itself. Teams and groups often fall because one of these other skills is missing. It is not possible to have an effective team in which communication and time management skills, for example, are absent.
During this course you will learn more about the importance of teamwork, how to train and develop this skill and how to implement it in work environments, also through reflection on your current and past teamwork experiences and on how do you think you will continue the process of developing your teamworking competence.
This Mini-MOOC is part of a larger initiative, and we encourage you to explore the ‘LEVEL UP Mentor’s Manual’ which complements the content you will find here. The manual provides a wealth of in-person activities that beautifully enhance and extend the knowledge and skills you’ll gain in this Mini-MOOC. Together, we are embracing a blended-learning methodology that combines online excellence with hands-on experience, enriching your educational journey. Let’s dive in and unlock your potential!
